Eliza started practising Pilates in 2006, and her passion for Pilates has developed since.

Her job in banking meant long hours being seated at the desk, which resulted in lower back tightness and persistent shoulder aches. Developing good spine health and posture became ever more important for her.

Consistent practice in Pilates has helped ease her frequent shoulder and lower back tightness. It has also helped her improve her body awareness and attain better posture. She also attributes her recovery after childbirth to practising Pilates regularly.

Given her passion in Pilates, she took the leap and recently left her banking career of 20 years to become a Pilates instructor hoping to share the benefits of Pilates with others.

As Joseph Pilates says – if your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old; if completely flexible at 60, you are young.
