In compliance with MOH’s Phase 2 Heightened Alert measures announced on 14 May 2021 “Updates on Local Situation and Heightened Alert to Minimise Transmission”, and Sport Singapore’s Advisory of 14 May 2021 “Further Stricter Safe Management Measures for Sport and Physical Exercise & Activity (16 May to 13 June 2021)”, Sky shall adopt the following Safe Management Measures (“SMM”) in compliance with Multi Ministry Task Force Advisory while we continue to operate business as usual during 16 May to 13 June 2021:
- Everyone entering Sky shall be healthy, have their temperature taken properly and recorded, do SafeEntry with the TraceTogether App or Token, and satisfactorily complete Sky’s Health Declaration. These shall be done each and every visit to Sky.
- All sessions must be by prior appointment only.
- You are encouraged to use contactless payment to minimise contact.
- All persons must have a mask on at all times, even when exercising. The mask must be worn properly to create a tight seal. At no point shall any person remove their mask, no matter how briefly. The sessions shall be conducted at a low intensity such that the client need not remove the mask to breathe.
- Clients and staff are encouraged to sanitise their hands before each session begins.
- Clients doing private 1-to-1 mat sessions shall bring their own mats and small props for their session, and remove them when they leave.
- Clients shall not be allowed into the exercise area or treatment room before their session time. They shall wait in the designated waiting areas.
- Clients must remain in the studio space designated to them for the entire duration of each session. They shall not use another part of the premises. This is to minimise cross contamination and exposure.
- No client shall remain on the premises for more than 2 hrs in a row, or arrive more than 10 mins earlier than appointment time to avoid overcrowding at waiting area.
- Clients shall leave the premises promptly after class, and there shall be no social gatherings permitted on the premises.
- Children and family/household members shall not be allowed to sit and wait at Sky whilst a client is doing a session. Only one caregiver will be allowed to accompany a client who needs help with ambulation or with special needs.
- Food and drink may not be consumed within the studio premises, except if the consumption of a drink is necessary to preserve life or prevent injury in an emergency. The water dispenser shall also not be in operation during this Period. Clients and staff shall bring their own water to consume during this Period. This is to cut down on transmission as the mouth of the cup or water bottle of the user is placed near the water dispensing spout.
- Clients shall be asked to only drink water outside the premises or at the waiting area. They may only remove their mask to drink, and must cover up immediately after. Clients should not be talking whilst drinking.
Thank you for helping us play our part in keeping everyone safe and healthy.
In health,
Sky Group Management Team
