Dear Sky Clients
We are pleased to inform you that these are some of the safe management measures we have implemented since resuming operations on 19th June 2020:
- Only one-to-one classes have resumed for the time-being. Group classes and small group classes will remain available online. When group classes eventually resume, there shall be a maximum of four persons per class. Equipment and clients will be spaced at least 2 metres apart throughout the session.
- All sessions are by prior appointment only.
- The Sky family are working in two teams, and for the time being, clients and family members or household members will need to work with staff who are on the same team. You may not see some familiar faces who are also working at another location as we are asking everyone to commit to one place of work. Some disruption to your familiar routine is inevitable, and we thank you for your understanding. This arrangement will be reviewed as the situation evolves.
- Everyone will need to scan the SafeEntry app to check-in and check-out. It is also advisable to enable the TraceTogether app on your phone whilst at Sky.
- Everyone must have their temperatures checked, and satisfactorily complete a Health & Travel Declaration Form before being admitted. Anyone who is unwell, or has a temperature of 37.5 degrees and above, or has a household member who is unwell or on quarantine/stay home notice will be asked to reschedule.
- Everyone shall wear a mask whilst at Sky. Masks may not be removed during sessions. The intensity of classes will be reduced for the client’s comfort.
- Practice good hand hygiene and avoid touching your face. Hand sanitizers will be made available throughout the studio especially at high touch points.
- There will be stepped up cleaning of the studio especially high touch points, and all equipment and props will be disinfected with 70% alcohol after each use.
- There are maximum capacity limitations so that we may maintain safe distancing. We kindly request that you do not linger in the studio before or after your session, and we discourage any children or family members to wait around during your session unless it is a caregiver. Please avoid sitting or standing in areas marked with an “X”. Regretfully, you will not be allowed to use the studio to warm up or cool down on your own.
- All persons who travel shall not be admitted to Sky for 14 days after the date of their return.
- Sky has appointed Safe Management Officers to implement and ensure compliance with its Safe Management Measures and Protocol.
Thank you for helping us keep you and everyone at Sky safe and well. We look forward to welcoming you back to Sky soon!
In health,
The Sky Family
