Key Safe Management Measures for Patrons of Sky
1. Anyone entering Sky for any session:
-
Must be healthy
-
Have their forehead temperature checked and recorded
-
Complete the Health Declaration, satisfactorily
-
Complete SafeEntry via TraceTogether app or token only.
Sky reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not in compliance with the above.
2. All sessions must be by prior appointment only. Contactless payment (PayNow, bank transfer) is encouraged.
3. There are strict capacity limits on the number of persons on-site. Each client shall come alone for their session. Clients who are minors, clients with special needs or who need help with ambulation may have one caregiver in attendance, but must inform Sky in advance so they may be taken into account in the capacity limits.
4. Everyone shall wear a well-fitting mask with good filtration ability (not just a cloth mask) at all times, even when exercising. At no point shall the mask be removed no matter how briefly whilst in the studio rooms. The mask shall be kept on even in the changing rooms. Disposable surgical masks may be obtained from the front desk staff. Used masks shall be disposed of in the waste bins provided and shall not be left on surfaces when taken off.
5. Clients shall wait in the waiting areas before their session until the teacher or therapist comes to guide them to the designated studio for their session. Clients will not be allowed to use the equipment or space unsupervised before or after their sessions. Clients shall leave the premises promptly after their session is over and avoid lingering on the premises. There shall be no social gatherings permitted on the premises.Â
6. Everyone shall observe 1 m spacing between individuals at all times. Whilst working out in the studio rooms, 2 m spacing (2 arm’s length) shall be maintained between clients. Minimising talking and keeping the volume down will help reduce the risk of transmission.
7. Food shall not be consumed at any time unless it is a medical health emergency. The water dispenser is not in operation and clients should bring their own bottled water if they need a drink. Water can only be drunk in the waiting areas, not the studio rooms. Clients may remove their masks briefly to have a drink of water in the waiting area, and shall not talk with their masks removed.
8. Virtual sessions and telehealth sessions shall continue to be available for clients who do not wish to come to Sky.
9. Hand sanitizers are available throughout the premises. Clients are reminded to sanitise their hands before their session begins.
10. Clients shall help sanitise the Reformers and all props used after a group session using the alcohol-based disinfectant provided. Teachers must finish early and supervise the cleaning. The disinfectant should be sprayed onto the cleaning cloth before wiping the equipment to avoid aerolising any pathogens, and shall sanitise their hands after. Clients should avoid socialising before or after the group class.
11. Clients who have been contacted by MOH to go for a COVID-19 test due to possible exposure shall refrain from coming to Sky until they have a negative test result. They will not be charged for any late cancellation for this reason.
Thank you for helping keep everyone safe at Sky!
