- Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot.
- Minimum of 2 pax booked in 2 hours prior to the class time is required for class to commence.
- We reserve the right to close he class or change instructors when necessary.
- Full 24 hours cancellation is required or you will be charged.
|AB-BLAST||Reformer & Mat Class focussing on core strengthening & abdominal tone.|
|BACK CARE||Class specially catering for those with back issues. Concentrating on posture, alignment & core strength to provide additional support to spines in need!|
|SPORTS||Specialised Sports conditioning program; focusing on flexibility, mobility and core strengthing.|
|DYNAMIC||An upbeat, high-intensity body-toning reformer class to leave you energised & ready for the day ahead!|
|FOUNDATION||A 4-class series that introduces the key principles of Pilates on the Reformer. This is a pre-requisite to move onto Level 1 Reformer class.|
|GYROKINESIS®||This method systematically & gently works the joints & muscles through rhythmic & undulating movements. The exercises are connected through the use of breathing patterns that assist in stimulating the nervous system & oxygenating the blood whilst mobilising the spine. Classes begin seated on stools, progressing to the mat & standing work creating energy, fluidity & releasing tension throughout the entire body.|
|MAT WITH PROPS||Mat class using various small props to add variety & challenge to the traditional mat work.|
|XTEND BARRE®||Developed from a dance / Pilates background, the Xtend Barre® workout combines the amazing results of dance with the principles of strength and safety in Pilates.|
|PRE-NATAL||Classes designed to improve your core control & support your growing belling using a variety of Plates equipment. The focus being on alignment & stretching to alleviate the aches & pains of pregnancy, as well as increasing strength & tone to prepare for labour, delivery & caring of your new bundle of joy!|
|POST-NATAL||Just to bring new Moms back into shape. The class focuses on healing & strengthening the core abdominal muscles stretched from pregnancy, whilst building the arm & leg strength needed to care for your growing child. For your own safety, clients are required to seek doctor’s clearance before commencing class.|
|REFORMER||The Reformer is one of the major pieces of equipment with an extensive repertoire providing a full body work-out, so we differ different level classes suitable for all levels of experience:Level 1 – This class builds on the key Pilates principles of core strength & fluidity of movement learnt in Foundation to move you onto the next level.Level 2 – Intermediate class level adding in new exercises & challenges to core, co-ordination, focus & balance.Level 3 – Advanced class including some of the hardest exercises in the reformer repertoire.|
|TOWER||Tower class involves a combination of Trapeze Table & Mat exercises. Articulate, stretch & stabilize your spine & increase core strength with spring-based resistance exercises.|
|TRX®||TRX Suspension Training uses your own bodyweight & gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility & joint stability simultaneously, in a fun cardio paced class.|
