Leticia started practising Pilates seven years ago aiming to manage her chronic and upper back pain due to scoliosis, associated with poor posture from spending too many hours working on the computer. Pilates has improved her body awareness, alignment and breathing for activities such as cycling, skiing, running, jumping, and has helped her with her pain management, improved her posture and balance the muscles strength. During her pregnancy, Pilates has also played an important role to keep her energized and pain free. Leticia is Polestar Pilates Studio Comprehensive trained, enjoys sharing her passion to individuals who seek to improve their posture and strength by applying more efficient movement techniques and a better connection between their body and mind.
